Returns

We offer an unconditional lifetime exchange policy, which entitles you to exchange any selection, purchased online at artkarat.com or through our mail order catalog for something else at any of our 3 stores in India, or at 150 exhibitions held annually in more than 70 cities worldwide. You may also exchange your merchandize for some other selection at artkarat.com, which we constantly update, or from our future mail order catalogs.

Please note that you may exchange your merchandise for 100% of the original value if the exchange is made within the 1st year of purchase and at 75% of the original value if exchanged after the first year of purchase.

This is a lifetime policy and can be availed for as long as you own the merchandize. All exchanges have to be accompanied with the original invoice. Unfortunately we do not issue refunds.
